Unless otherwise indicated, each registration includes
a conference program book, name badge and admission
to all exhibits and events, such as the Friday night
reception, a Fantastic Line Up of Speakers, the Huge
IMAC Raffle, and a Great Trade Show.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Saturday night banquet is sold out. Ticket prices
have been adjusted accordingly.
 This
website may be used for registration ONLY until May
30th. After that date, you will have to register at
the door, and ONLY cash or checks will be taken. No
credit cards. Thank You.

The last date for a conference cancellation refund
is May 4, 2004. For credit card registrations
refunds will be less 10%. No refunds after May 4, 2004.
